Everything works fine.. Not sure why but it says (PRODUCT)red .. so maybe is describing the color.. Is authentic model A1320 ..

Ask me again, I bought it from some lady here in my town and I don't know what in the world she did to the ipod but the ipod works like new ,Maybe she didn't like the red color and was switchig it or something

Yes is real, am using it now.. Might be a custom thing or the first batch. at times they make some products for engineers and stuff like that .. this might have been one fo them but is authentic and works great.

It looks like the lady you bought it from had her name engraved on the back and she scratched it off before selling it to you. It's still a very nice ipod. The winner can buy a hard cover for it and nobody will be able to tell the difference. Fanned and Watching.
