I think so the front has a ball type thing at the end of each finger,& on the back it has a strap to put your hand under to hold it on.then you just run your hands up & down someone back or whatever .It say best if you use a oil or loyion for smoother movement Thanks for asking

Oh these things are perfect for a body massage thats for sure. Someone used them on me in the past. and the only thing is oils or lotions are a must, or it will catch the skin. But it's a must have item.....Now to find someone to use it on me when I win my own set ....hehehehe good luck everyone.
