I tried to do some research on this logo. Cookie Lee has been around since 1985. In my opinion not vintage, but definitely collectble, well-made jewelry! It will be sought-after in years to come! Super Valentine's gift!

I found this in a box of vintage jewelry that members of my family have given me. As you know, I do not clean vintage jewelry because I realize that sometimes a patina is valued!
