You apply it right before your makeup. It makes the makeup application smoother and longer lasting. :)

Does this work like Elizabeth Arden's Skin Illuminating Complex? I was in love with that stuff and t's hard to come by now.

Hi, I am not sure, I have never tried that product. This is a serum that goes on after washing, and before moisturizing. Good stuff :)

ELF does make a lot of amazing products. Some people won't even try them because they are at the lower end of drugstore cosmetics, price wise. But the quality of most of their stuff is just crazy! I have fallen in love with ALL of their brushes, the makeup wipes, blushes & bronzers(wildly pigmented!), just to name a few! :-)
