Sweet and tough vintage (60's?) pewter dove flying bird hatpin. Marked SWEDEN on the back.
I really like this pin, its modern yet vintage, detailed yet simple, industrial and yet sweet. It's iconoclastic!

I love it also. I think it would make and awesome piece to add to a jewelry maker's stash, for re-purposing. ;)

I would very much like to keep it, as it is a beautiful and very unusual piece! But if I win it I plan to donate it to the Iron Wolf Farm Sanctuary, who look after many species of rescues, including doves and pigeons, so they can raffle/resell it and get some extra funding.
