I use communication, and i expect the same courtesy from anyone else and if they do not have the time or the courtesy to communicate with me before leaving feedback then i do not have time to keep getting their negative feedback, you can see by my reputation that I work with people and yes i will block them. I will try to communicate with the person before they are blocked but most of the people that have left me negative or neutral have been people who had no intentions of buying anything but to cause trouble, I would say that 99% of my customers will Communicate with me and if this does not make you happy then I am sorry
