Moonflower also known as Ipomoea Alba here in zone 10 acts as a perennial but Northern States would have to treat it as an annual because of the cold temps.
It does make a beautiful houseplant if your situation calls for that. It does produce its own seeds and special instructions will be sent to the winner.
