Thanks! That means a lot! I used to cry all the time. You'll get past it and finally remember her as the wonderful pet that she was! Have you read The Rainbow Bridge? It's very comforting!

No, I've never read it---and yes, there are days I just start crying and it's been 8 months this 12/15. I miss her so much. I had her 11 years and she really loved me and I really loved her and there was stuff she got me through that I wouldn't have made it without her. I had to put her down and it just about killed me. A friend took her, because I knew she would see the fear and pain in my eyes. She left all happy and she never knew, she was happy in the end, because she loved my friend and just thought she was going to hang with her for a while, as she had, whenever I had to go somewhere out-of-town. But, by far, the most painful thing I have been through.

I can't even imagine! My baby died at home and it was terrible!! I didn't find her luckily. But it was So hard. I had her cremated and they were great. They came to the house to get her. They brought her back in a sealed wood box with a ceramic paw print some of her fur & a copy of the rainbow bridge. I really advise that you look it up. It should give you some relief.

Wow, I am so sorry---I had to to put her to sleep because she was having seizures, but at least I got to say goodbye. I will look that book up...thank you.
