As I have won a few catnip filled toys, and have seen many listed, I'm not sure what your problem is. Nowhere on the package, (nor do I suggest), that this be used as food, beverage or medicine. In fact the package states (as can be seen in the pic) this is to be used for filling toys, scratchers or bedding. If it makes you feel better, I will ship this in a cloth bag to be used as a cat toy. By the way, I feel that as good Listiaians our time and energy can be better utilized trying to weed out the numerous scams now on this site, (I'm waiting for a 7000 credit refund), instead of attacking legit and legal auctions.
