The model is really tiny, but I think it says BEFW1154 ver. 2

OS has nothing to do with a router, only an adaptor. This is a B router.

Debra218, routers are not installed on a computer and thus there is no installation disk. You log on to them and configure them through an internet browser. Wireless adapters use an installation disk. Two different things,
