The listing, Vintage 1950s / 60s POSTCARD Coal Mine / Colliery NEW PHILADELPHIA PA has ended.
Up for bid is an unused postcard dating to around 1960, or possibly late 50s.
New Philadelphia is located about 70 miles north of Philadelphia, and was primarily a mining town.
There were 8 coal companies located here at one time, and all are listed as abandoned. I'm not sure which one this was, as I have not been able to find another postcard like it, or this view.
Card will be shipped in a first class envelope which carries no tracking, so please be sure that you are in agreement with that method of shipping before you bid.
