This is a sticker sheet. I am unaware of there ever being any iron-on patches commercially made of Suzy's work. Thanks for your question. The title was shortened to give more info. Sorry if it became unclear. Part of the confusion was probably because "Patches" is the name of the giraffe on the sticker.
