This is a very pretty bracelet made with magnetic hematite beads. Just wrap it around your wrist and it sticks to itself. Or, wear it as a necklace, around your waist, ankle, or wherever you like. It is made of green crystal-like glass beads, silver beads and black hematite beads that are magnetic. Brand new, never worn.

ok, i see now, that's one long strand you wrapped lots of times to make into bracelet..i thought it was connected. that's a cool idea, did you make this or obtain is somewhere else?

Yes, it's one long strand that you can wrap around. The total length is about 38 1/2" so I guess it depends on the size of your waist. I didn't make it, but I agree it's very cool! I almost didn't want to give this one away but I am really trying very hard to lighten my load, I have WAY too much stuff.

lol, not MY waist by about half a foot...but would go on the other two. How magnetic is the thing tho, wondered if it might help wrist pain as added bonus

It's pretty strongly magnetic, plus it's a pretty cool stone - hematite is a stone but also has qualities like a metal, being magnetic is one of them. It might not be as strong a magnet as something metal, but I actually have seen these bracelets advertised as being good for that sort of thing. I didn't mention it in my description because I'm not into the whole "hard sell" thing. :)

Omg I have 2 as a gift from my mother one golden brown and one clear I like this one I wear them as necklaces long, short, wrap around wrist bracelets or make a desing and put it on. Neat auction fanned and watching
