This is an old ring (fake) and i dont mean vintage i just mean its been in my jewelry box for probably 10 years. It has a red stone in middle and small clear stones all around the red stone. I think its a size 6 or 7 free shipping in an envelope. If you want it in a ring box with confirmation # then its 3.95 in the US only.
