VHS do cost a lot to mail, even at media rate, folks. I've quit listing mine unless customers pay postage. I've got a lot of disney VHS left , but they are weighty so this seller is quoting you VERY FARE and very correct postal rates. :)

To help you on postage. Order FREE padded bubble wrapped envelopes from www.usps.com they are $4.95 for the flat rate postage and you can get several VHS in there, about 3 or 4 I think? not sure. They mail them to you for free, and the supplies are free too!

Thank you for the info. I did order the padded envelopes from USPS. The postage I was charging comes out to be the same as the media rate comes out to be. I checked with the post office and found that the 1/2 X 11 envelope - offered for free - the size of a regular piece of paper- the.most VHS tapes can only fit into an envelopes is one. So I don't see how my rates could be lowered unless you want a flat rate box for $5.95 and can hold 2 inthem. I don't try to rip people off with my shipping. I am very fair about what it costs.
