for the pants its 26 1/2 to 29 1/2 inseam and 27 to 31in waist
the jacket is height from 63in to 67in
Chest from 37in to 41in
Hope that helps. If not my hubbys of smaller build and he is about a med in jacket and I have no idea how to explain the pants, but id say they are about a med to a smaller med since they have adjusters things in the back.
