Fourth Issue. Stamps are Mint, never hinged.

A starting bid of 100,250 = 6266 points per stamp.
Not a bad offer.

I received the stamps as a gift. They are mint and unused. However, for whatever reason they do not have gum on the backs. I have found that non of the transportation series stamps that I buy have gum. I don't know why. This is the most honest answer I can give you.
