This is channeled material, not strictly Christian. The material is good, and non denominational, about learning to pay attention to your emotional compass and readjusting it throughout the day as needed with mediation and other techniques, but if you are uncomfortable about anything new age, you may wish to pass on this. In either case, however, you may wish to investigate Catherine Ponder, a Unity minister who has written some really wonderful books on love, prayer, prosperity, millionaires of the Bible, etc.

I am a Christian but attended a Native American funeral service this past fall where a Shaman arranged a meeting between our late friend & us in our dreams. I never used to remember my dreams but since that time, my dreams have been strange, vivid, & very memorable. I'd like to learn more. Thank you for offering this book!
