Shelby impressed with the Cardinals, going 26-18 with an ERA just over 3.00 during 3 seasons in St. Louis, and pitching with them in 3 different postseasons.

IMPORTANT:
-I currently work an "out of town" job and since I don't use a smartphone, I access the site infrequently throughout the week. Unfortunately, this means I am often not around to haggle. Not being rude, this is just my reality.
