This hard cover book is from 1960 and is in acceptable condition for its age. There is some wear and dirt on the dust jacket from storage - some pages are slightly yellowed and the binding is loose in a few places but it is intact.

Some of my items are listed for friends or come from estate sales so I cannot always guarantee smoke/pet free - all items are washed/cleaned before packing but you may want to wash again before use, especially if you have allergies
