Hi, just responding to your update. I understand you have some items shipped directly from China. Lately I have received my items from China from (ebay and listia) somewhere between 2 and 3 months. That is how long it takes sometimes. I think a lot of people are not aware of this so they asked for a refund before it is to late and they can't claim it anymore. I think Listia should take this into consideration and extend the time for refunds when items are send from out of Canada and USA.

No, the last person changed their address, the person before that said I said I wouldn't send it (10 minutes after receiving it) as far as the stuff I send goes "didn't read it" "I know I'm in a different country, but I won" I had specified U.S only. "I already have these" the envelope was ripped, the item was perfectly fine, but the envelope got damaged" Then there are the people who can't get their story straight. The list goes on, and in almost every case, I have given a refund. But you do make a good point.

Every one else is fine "misreading" "damaged" "timing issues" "wrong item." And other things like that. People misread stuff all the time, what matters is they read it.

They gave feedback in random characters. I refunded that person just because it was so random and kind of funny too. Qwerty
