This hard cover book is preowned and shows some slight wear on the covers from shelf storage, but overall is in great condition. The pages inside are in tact with no creases or writing that I could see.

Some of my items are listed for friends or come from estate sales so I cannot always guarantee smoke/pet free - all items are washed/cleaned before packing but you may want to wash again before use, especially if you have allergies
