This is a wonderful vest panel. We had bought a bunch of these for our sewing group, we all made them up & would wear them at party's & shows. This was an extra in case someone joined later on. Brand new Dream Spinners panel by V.I.P. This can be made into a 1x, 2x or a 3x size. I used to have the coordinating material long ago. I will save the winners address & mail it to them if/when I find it as a bonus if you are interested in it. It also has a label to sew into the vest as well. We really loved the quilt designs on this piece & had a lot of fun with it. It was an easy project to whip up. Thank you for looking & Merry Christmas! Ann~
