Official Buisness envelope for use in sending U.S. savings bonds. Return address - Bureau of Public Debt. This is an official envelope with a window. Cancelled and postmarked March 2nd 1987. There is no address or anything else printed on the envelope except "official buyisness penalty for private use, $300" printed under return address area.
