I don't have a kid, but your headline caught my attention! I like ur style! I too worry about negative feedback as I always consider feedback when bidding! I have only once left negative feedback when I was Totally scammed and Listia removed my feedback! As I was upset with this as I thought other bidders should know what kind of experience I had, Listia still did not post my feedback, although they did listen to my complaint and eventually refund my credits! I guess my point is don't give up, if you really don't deserve the feedback, recontact Listia... Maybe they will change their minds! Good Luck!

WOW... thanks for the information. Listia will be getting many messages from me... LOL!! I truly believe in feedback and ratings. Amazon is like my go to place to find reviews and such. I just people would understand that feedback is very important... for "sellers." If I scammed someone, I would probably be the first to give myself a negative feedback... LOL!! Thank you for your input and I will definately try and get that negative feedback off my record.

I had a similar situation & filed a dispute. Seller did not send item, had negative & neutral feedback, wouldn't communicate, etc. I sent multiple messages and bent over backwards to be patient, but they still did nothing about it. Good luck to you in your own situation though. It's frustrating when people do not do business right.

Very cute shoes!! I don't think I know anyone that wears that size but I fanned you and still watching because I'm going to find out if any of my nieces wear that size. I have 13 nieces so there is bound to be a size 12c in there somewhere! lol Also, I totally feel for ya on the negative feedback, that's just not right! I am totally furious that I got a "neutral" feedback today! I was the winner of an auction where the shipping payment was not posted so I emailed the Seller asking what it was and she said she would get it to me in a couple of days......15 days later, still nothing, so I sent a very friendly reminder and she NEVER responded even though I could see she was logging in to Listia every day! I requested a refund and got it and she left me neutral feedback. To me, I still think she should have given me a positive feedback since I did everything I was supposed to. Thankfully neutral doesn't affect my 100% feedback rating but it still made me mad! lol It is so disappointing to find out that you won't be getting something that you bid on and won, especially when you don't find out for over 2 weeks after the auction ends AND it was a Christmas present!! grrrr! Sorry to vent but I feel your pain! ;)

well, well, well, there is just no accounting for some people's lack of taste! I have 5 granddaughters and would you believe not a one of them can wear these, because I would sooooo Jump on them.....I received my first dispute today...this is the 8th day since the auction ended and I sent the tracking number however they disputed the transaction and asked for their credits back. I filed a refusal against them, we will see how Listia rules, if they rule against me I am out of pocket $6.35 for free shipping with no recourse....They were mailed well within Listia guidelines, but who knows what will happen....and yes I was BUMMED out, I have 100% good feedback....til now...so keep your head up girl, it can happen to the best of us!

If the buyer didn't follow threw you should always do a disbute because if you win which in this case you would of won) if you win the seller can not leave a negative feedback. People are so quick to leave a negative. Someone actually left a negative after I refunded her credits for not receiveing an item and you would think if your so kind to refund credits and not disbute the transaction that the buyer would not leave negative feedback. I checked into your negative feedback. As you know, that person has not sent out anything they auctioned. I hope you sent an email to listia regarding that person as it looks like a 'fraud alert' to me and they should remove their 'negative' feedback.
It is so cruel to do what they did. Don't let that person rent space in your head, you are too good for that.

Thanks for the wonderful info... I will be working and trying to get my 100% back. I love this site. It has it's downfalls, but at the end of the day I do get rid of my unwanted items in return to for items for my kiddos. It just feels better to pay with credits oppose to cash... LOL. Oh yeah I got scammed out of 3 auctions..I'm thinking 4 now, too.. I got my credits back within like a week so I can't complain on that. But I have this one who keeps saying shes sending out the item, but I don't believe her. I'll give her a week more lol then re-dispute. but ive been waiting for this one item since the beginning of November.... but I'm scared to file a dispute because I'd hate for the negative feedback to be on me. I'm so close to that 100% badge. I see all her other people that she didn't ship to and she either left negative or neutral back at them depending on what they left her. ugh! whatever its only 888 credits.
