For an xs small to smaller small dog or cat. Soft with some stretch. Will fit around chest adjustable circumference of 11" - 15 & 1/4". Ordered it & was too small for my puppy, so never been used. I recommend measuring first lol.

The mail can run quite slow from here. I live in a very small town with no USPS processing center. All our mail gets sent to another state to be sorted and can sit there for a few day before moving again. A situation completely out of my control. I don't know about a weight limit. Says for small dog... I don't see why it wound work on a rabbit if the measurements are compatible.
