Just to let you know these watches really work for losing the weight! My daughter has lost over 60 pounds over the last 4 months by just walking every day. All my daughters swear by these watches...it's keeping them slimmer and more healthy.

I purchased this Garmin watch on April 25, 2016 from Amazon for $99.99. (you can see a better picture of it there) I did not use it for the first 30 days. So it is a few months old...so barely used. It has a 1 year battery, so no need to charge it. You can track your stats from your cell phone or computer.

Reminds you to stay active throughout the day by displaying a red move bar and sounding an alert after one hour of inactivity. It has a Backlit Display so it always is lit up. It tracks your sleeping patterns, weight, walking and more if desired!

It comes with heart monitor strap, instructions, usb for computer & watch. The strap should fit any size wrist.
