You can't ask for much more in an RPG. An engaging storyline, easy to navigate menus, and eye-pleasing art style.
7.5 Graphics
Japanime stylings. Sure, it's not 3D, but all of the landscapes are well detailed and the characters look great.
7.0 Sound
A mixed-bag. Great voice acting, but lacking background music and repetitive effects.
8.0 Gameplay
Everything you've come to expect from console-style RPGs. Nothing really new or innovative, but a solid RPG with a well designed combat system and no glaring gameplay problems.
7.0 Lasting Appeal
Not much replayability once you finish the game, but Septerra Core will keep you busy for a while and is worth playing all the way through.

This game has a couple years on it, but it was not just in my opinion, but in many, the best RPG since FF7.

Game only in Jewel. Mint condition.
