On that I put a RED with a pattern
On that is a RED ribbon with blue and white stars.
on the side is a BLUE bow with white poka dots.
on each corner is bling and a bling flower on the top left.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY is in glittery blue. (thanks Monica)
