No, it is a wrinkle relaxer that is applied before your nightcream or daycream. It contains Argirilene which is said to be a topical substitute for botox because it relaxes the muscles. It's shapped like a large syringe and the wrinkle relaxant is to be placed directly on the crease lines in your face. I'll add a photo from their site so you can view its application.
