France: Empire Franc Stamp featuring Emperor Napoleon III. This is what if found in my research: 20 French Centimes, Scott # FR26, Issued November 10, 1982. Definitive. Perf: 14 x 13-1/2 (checked), Typography Printing, Blue. This stamp has been cut on the left side - not by me, but by someone trying to get it off the envelope. Otherwise it is in very good condition. I am not a collector, but I believe this to be a good stamp to add to your collection. I cannot vouch for anything other than what I found in my research. L611
