Is a tunic like a dress? Or does it have the legs like a romper? Sorry I'm not too familiar with tunics and I'm a size medium so I'm worried how this would look on me but it's just so cute!

No legs on a tunic! It's just an extra long shirt. I like them because I have a little eight in my hips and Stomach and it covers up. Tunics are Great with pants! A little short to be used as a dress! If u are a size 10-12 this will fit fine! I would say it's medium
