Absolutely, you simply have material inside out, stitch it closed on three sides with this little beauty, turn it right side out, then insert your pillow or batting which ever, and then close the last side with a hand whip stitch!

Sorry for the late reply! I have been using the "comments" section to type in replies and hope you received my reply this morning. It is so helpful to me b/c I have arthritis and poor eyesight and threading a sewing machine, or even a needle is a big hassle. I received another one as a give, so I just do not need two.

Well, I have rheumatoid arthritis and have had it since I was 14, so I try to buy things that are easy on my hands (and everything else). This would be perfect for quick fixes, hems, pillows, scarves, you name it. Thanks for the comment! Have a great day!
