This is a harder issue to find it is a 1937 - First Day of Issue -For the U.S Army under the photo it says "IN HONOR AND COMMEMORATION OF THE U.S ARMY AND ITS HEROES"
It has the 4 cent stamp with Lee and Jackson on it..
Look in the sky behind the fighting - it is the spirits of the fallen -always watching the backs of there brothers ... This issue is 79 years old, but it is in great condition ... Been case keep .... Please check out my other auctions..... Thank you......
