Your description says to cut down to the ground level, if I do that how will it grow into a tree? Wouldn't I just get a shorter plant with continual cutting year after year? Growing zone? Will it survive zone 4 in Wisconsin?

1rst Yes you can grow it in Zone 4, remember to mulch it...
2nd... It's called a "Tree" because of it's Height... It will actually grow taller the next year reaching up to 8 feet... Also remember to where it's at during winter so you'll know where it us...
