This is a very cute, ladies' BLACK 100% Rayone dress made by AMERICAN RAG CIE. it is made in India.

This dress is elasticized on the top and at the waist. The bottom has a beautiful openwork embroidered pattern..

made of:100% Rayon.
Please note that this dress size is marked OX but it is more M/L as you can see from below:

width (across the back, armpit to armpit): 16 inches
bust: 32 inches very slightly stretched
waist: 30 inches slightly stretched
hips: 36 inches
length (from the back of the neck to the bottom): 31 inches

Very cute, this dress has been worn gently and is in very good used condition.
