I am kinda new to the girly stuff... but how does one put them on??? can you put them over nail polish? do my nails have to be ridiculous long for them? they are pretty and my boyfriend asked me to be more girly... :)

Well from what I've been told... you can put them on with clear nail polish. or you can use nail glue to put them on. No the don't have to be long. fanned back
