So by saying 2x 3x are you saying that it runs big? I wear between a 1x and 2x so would this be way too big?

Hi, I don't think it would be way too big. With a 56" bust it would just be comfortable. To be sure, just measure your favorite top and compare to my measurements. But from what you are telling me, it sounds like a good match for you.
