Chives: Perennial - Germ: 7 - 15 days; Sow 1/2 inch; Full sun, 2 months before first fall frost or early spring; Blooms Lilac, Late Summer; Harvest by snipping leaves from the base of the plant. Cut flower stalks off at the soil line once finish blooming.
