You get the system as shown with 1 controller, modem, VMU memory card with new batteries installed, Performance Rumble Pack, power cable, A/V cable, and Sega Sports NFL 2K1 - See pics for actual game play from the system and game..

Like most systems from this era, the internal rechargeable clock battery has lost most of its charge. So if the system is turned off for any period of time, you will have to reset the time when you power it back up. A minor annoyance, but other than that the system works great.
