maker unknown, Korea on it, high end estate sale most likely faux, shows normal wear & tear-has a vintage look to it, slightly thicker than 1/4"

16.5" around with clasp, pretty good shape, from estate sale 60's-80's era

I am not home right now but will check when i get home but I believe it is goldtone-may be slightly rubbed off or appear goldtone to me??
