not sure everything is in jpeg except for the tutorials i know they say you will need to download the player for apple to view them they mainly talk about adobe photoshop and photoshop elements so if you have this program you should be fine

templates, paper and embellishments are all in saved as jpeg files and are designed for photoshop if you have photoshop or other design program like it then they should be able to work. they have a website that you can check out and see download freebies if you would like to check them out
