Works perfectly, no blemishes that I can see, I used it for about a week before I received another activity tracker as a gift. You'll have to charge it upon receiving it, the charger is included in the box.

It's 1), an activity tracker and 2) gives you phone notifications. So it counts how many steps you take during the day, how often you're at rest, and you can use the Movnow app to track your calories eaten. The wristband also vibrates when you get a phone call or text message.

Yes, it does. When you're setting up the Movnow app, it asks you height, weight etc. Then based on your activity level, it calculates calories burned.

No, but then it can only tell you how many steps you've taken. It even needs to sync with your phone to get the correct time to display.
