Thank you, It upsets me that people can do that. I have tried hard to get my trusted sellers wings and someone cant wait more than 3 days of winning and then leave neg feedback. I ship always before the Listia time limit and always with tracking for my protection and the winners peace of mind.. I will try to find more hello kitty things and list them... :)

I know exactly how you feel. I'm still really bummed because one girl was impatient. I had an emergency and was communicating with her alot. I asked her for one extra day but she never would respond to any of my messages. I told her i was going to send the one movie out on the 8th day with extra movies as a thank you and I was going to pay extra for fastest shipping. I apologized several times but she didn't even want to acknowledge or respond at all.
Now my credibility looks bad.
I try to make all my buyers happy as I'm sure you do as well.
It really stinks :( so I feel your frustration.
But I'll still watch your auctions :)

Thank you, The lady wanted her credits back after 3 days of winning my auction, I gave them back about 5 min after she asked and still left me neg feedback. Listia should protect the sellers better, because some people are just rude..

I checked out her site and feedback and I was really surprised she gave you negative feedback but wrote "thank you" in feedback comments. That's just so odd. Maybe she's not right you know what I mean. That's just nuts. 3 days!! Really!! Crazy but I'll never bid on her stuff. And I think I'll block her just in case. I don't want her winning any of my auctions just to ask for a refund after 3 days.
