I bought 2 of these by mistake. The package says it includes 1 electronic foot file, 1 coarse roller head, roller cover and 4 batteries but when i opened mine there were not any batteries inside. This one feels like it weights the same, so i would say you will need 4 double A batteries. I fined that it works really well on my heals when they dry out over the summer from wearing sandles.

I also purchase extra rollers in bulk for mine so i am including 2 extra rollers. I do not know how long they last but in the past i have bought something that when i needed a replacement the item was no longer made and i was stuck.
