i believe that it has all the pieces but might be missing 2 balloons that are in picture but not on cart and the color of this is amazing.

in picture 3 i tried to show you it moving and of course you cant here the music but its there the animals rotate back and forth.

this piece is from 1994 so for almost 22 years its been sealed up for collection only just by looking at the wheels you can see the brightness of colors hate to sell it but when your dying and the government sent us a letter saying they will cut medical off for my wife (i'm so ***** today) you sell everything you can this will be shipped in a bigger box with lots of padding so when you see the cost remember you want it in 1 piece have seen it sell at auction from $65 to $125 but collectors cost puts bit at somewhere around $100 this is a retired model now.
