I have up for bids a brand new without tags or box Tickle Me Elmo! He's in awesome condition and he works great! Was cleaning out my kids toys and found him. He looks and feels brand new! Happy bidding and Good luck to all!

Ok. My hubby smokes but is rarely home and I have elmo wrapped in a plastic bag and being stored in my closet, where I can promise you he definitely does not smoke in there. Lol. We are a pet free home. When I found Elmo he was in the bottom of my daughter's toy chest and my hubby does not smoke in her room either. So there should be no smoke smell on him, I hope this helps. If you look in the information box next to the picture of the auction item which has the sellers picture and how many days the auction is and how many bids have been made, there is also shipping info there. This auction is free shipping. Which means if you win it all you have to do is sit back and wait for it to come to your mailbox. Now if an ayction says that the winner pays then it is up to yoou and the seller to figure out how you will pay them for shipping. Paypal, money order or conceal cash in a mailing envelope.
