I am sure it is but to what degree of removal you must go through I would have no idea, from just pulling it to heating a bit with a hair dryer to a carefully applied solvent.

I find a heat gun or blow dryer works best to remove decals and stickers. Just be sure to apply it evenly and keep it about 6 to 8 inches away, so as not to melt the plastic beneath. It should peel right off if you do it right. Then use some goo gone if necessary to remove any sticker residue that might be left over. Nice auction by the way! Good Luck!
