This is an old roller ball mouse, made by Apple, that has only ONE SINGLE button, there is NO right or left button pair, only ONE clickable button.This is a perfect mouse, for children just starting to learn to use a computer mouse, as they cannot right click by accident.
We don't need it anymore.
I tried it, to see if it works.
It did work with a Toshiba laptop, with Windows 7 on it.
