The listing, 1858 Flying Eagle Cent has ended.

Offered for auction is a 1858 Flying Eagle Cent. Coin is not in the greatest condition, has some pitting & may have been cleaned. Coin in the photos is the coin winner will receive. Appears to be the small letter variety, has some pitting at the base of A M and makes it difficult to determine for sure. Coin is as I purchased it, I did remove it from the holder to get better pictures. Questions and comments are welcome. Thanks

Has it been authenicated? And if the winner should find out it is a fake will you return the credits for it?

I guarantee it is real. I don't think there are many counterfeit Flying Eagles out there, except for the 1856, which is extremely rare. Thanks for your question. You can bid with confidence I will stand behind all my auctions that they are genuine. Good luck.
